Allocator Membership

Forbes Magazine reported in 2016: "...actuarial valuations for state and local government pensions will report unfunded liabilities of over $5 trillion and funding ratios of just 39 percent."

Most allocators are aware that there are only two ways out of an "under funded" situation, the first is to reduce benefit payouts.  The second, is to increase return on AUM for their members.

Studies show that emerging managers in new funds outperform tenured managers in mature funds.
